7 day complete body cleansing program?

I just began this program I bought at gnc an I just wanna know am I suppose to follow the menu they give me an if I don’t is it not going to work? It is not a colon cleanse an I haven’t been to bathroom but once an I started it yesterday but have had a lot of gas. But was told it would clean me out. I am drinkin lots of water, what am I doing wrong if anything plus I have a horrible headache maybe from this. Someone let me know results or if there is any?

Yes follow exactly what it says. It will work to an extent. I think it’s a little over exaggerated but if your going to do it follow the instructions to the letter. Gas is one of the biggest downfalls of this thing for sure. I never got any head aches. You need to be drinking at least 64 ounces of water.
