Acai berry & Colon Cleansing pills?

i have seen and read sarahs weight loss blog, and recomended the one shown in Oprahs show, the thing is the pills are expensive after the trial period.

does any acai berry pills + colon cleanse pills will do the trick? and do it like she did, drink the 2 pills twice a day?

has anyone tried this?
My Reply: thanks, i was thinking of getting the same but different brand(one from GNC or healthstores), and take it twice a day also. im bloated, acidic and mostly constipated, and i heard this helps, if i loose pounds then thats a plus for me.

There are a few sides to this question.
First and foremost, Acai is a fantastic antioxidant and it may have some appetite suppression qualities to it… but it should be pointed out that it is a rather big fad product right now and there are a lot of people and companies selling it and putting claims in their ads (some that are more than it will do for everyone) to help sales. It might help some people lose weight, but it’s not going to force weight loss for everyone.

That being said, if you use it as part of a diet and exercise program, you can lose weight with it, although I would personally go with any good quality Acai, not the ones with free samples because those are commonly way overpriced. Colon cleanses typically have minimal weight loss that will come back after you eat more because they just help to evacuate what is in the colon (which is the feces weight that you lose). Some people do have enough buildup and toxins that their body isn’t able to process things properly and colon cleanses actually can help them to burn fat more on their own… but it’s not the normal standard.

If you would like to find a good diet and exercise program that would work best for you, I would suggest consulting a dietitian or nutritionist. Good luck!
