Acai Berry and Colon Cleansing Detox Info?

Is there any truth to the benefits for muscle building, fat loss and metabolism boosting from taking Acai berry supplements with colon cleansing detox simultaneously?

Please do not do either. There is absolutely no benefit in either over hyped dubious product. Colon cleanse by any method is best avoided.
The colon is completely self cleansing so called colon cleanserscan cause diarrhoea vomiting, nausea and abdominal cramps. It can cause a dangerous loss of water and electrolytes, which can lead to dehydration and even abnormal heart rhythms.
When it comes to colon cleansing and weight loss, without solid evidence that colon cleansing is a safe and effective way to lose weight, why risk messing with your colon?

As for that wretched berry, it does not aid weight loss. There have been posts on here grumbling about losing money but not weight.
There are more antioxidants in other fruits eg blueberries.
Antioxidants are good but do not aid weight loss.
