The two products while they aim to achieve the same thing they actually do target different functions. Colon Cleansing has its benefits short and long term. The acai product is more of a short term thing in this instance. If you are wanting to keep yourself healthy and use the Acai Berry for its true purpose you should look at something like Perfect Acai and for the Colon Cleansing I would have to say that there are many products and it is something you should really try and make a sound decision yourself.
