Are natural remedies more effective and better for you than conventional medication?

I’ve been having digestive issues for years now. I had my gallbladder removed in 2004 and my digestive issues have become worse. I was recently diagnosed by a specialist as having IBS. Dr. gave me a prescription for Ultrase to help with digestive issues / stomach problems but they didn’t help any. They were so expensive too. I just researched a natural remedy program called Biomar Detox and the ingredients are all natural. It consists of 4 products, one is colon cleanser, then there’s liver support, acidophilus and something called liquid retention. Since I haven’t had any success with prescription meds, do you think it would be worth a shot to try all natural remedies such as the Biomar Detox? I don’t want to keep wasting my money. Please if you have IBS and have had any success with natural remedies could you let me know your experience and what product you used? Tired of being sick. Thanks in advance.

I believe each individual responds differently to all medicines and remedies. If nothing else has worked for you and you took the Ultrase as prescribed, then you might as well try a natural remedy. Of course of don’t want to waste money. Who knows, the natural remedy may be just the thing you need for yourself. I would do some research about your natural remedies. Also, check to see if there is a way for you to get the remedies you need that would be less expennsive.
