weightloss…acai berries and colon cleanser?

i am planning on loosing weight with this diet that i heard about through the internet where you take acai pills and colon cleansing pills.

i am planning on taking these acai berry capsules

so my questions are

1. which is the better colon cleanser to take?
2. as i cant get a hold of acaiburn or acai burn ultra, will the acai berry work?
3. will this diet actually work if i am eating healthily and doing around one-two hours of jogging/running a day?

I think you should have an open mind and try what you may feel that will work for you.

Taking Acai Berry and colon cleanser tablets are great because it helps give your body the boost into dieting and cleansing. But at the same time you need to be doing regular exercise and eating a balanced diet to see your desired results.

Am taking colon cleansing and Acai Berry supplements to help with my weight loss. But I do exercise also 4x a week. You don’t have to do as much as me, but do put a balanced diet and regular exercise into your routine.

I have seen results from the Acia Berry and using the colon cleansing.
