I have the following things at home: lemon juice, water, peppermint tea, green tea, fennel tea, coffee, honey

This is what we give patient’s in the hospital if they haven’t “gone”. Microwave a cup of ginger ale for a minute or a minute and a half, then put a plain tea bag in it and stir for about 15-20 seconds. Then, “down the hatch”! It’s gross, but it does the trick. Good luck!!
