I need some advice please?

Ok, so here is the deal. I want to lose weight. A lot of weight! I know that I am big and heavy. And I am trying to fix that. I am sixteen, 5′ 11”. I weight 298. (I recently lost 11 pounds on weight watchers.) I have a few questions.

1. Do you have a good workout plan for someone my size? like Monday- Sunday.

2. Should I continue Weight Watchers?

3. How much weight should I lose?

4. How long will it take me to lose it?

5. Any other tips.

1. Running and weight lifting.Start out slow. Maybe just go to the gym, and ask what’s the best thing to do.

2. Sure, or you could jusst push yourself to eat very healthy in cointrolled portion sizes

3. I’d’ try to get down to 250. then to 200. then to 175..ect.ect. make intervals until you’re happy.

4.It depends. If you eat mega healthy and excersise religiously

a year? maybe more? I don’t know…it ain’t gonna be like “week, and POOF you’re thin..”
