How Do I Colon Cleanse?
As the question says, I want to know how to colon cleanse. I know th eimportance of it, which is high, but I dont know of any home remedies. I think that the best cures are home remedies. I have some picts below to help you understand why I ask…

The second one seems the worst.
Please note that I am currently 15, so I shouldnt need anything super powered. But I would like a decent strength one.
Also, if you provide me with one, how often should I do it? LIke a few times a year? Maybe once every other month? Monthly?
Act like I know nothing about this. And I really dont want to buy some 80 dollar a month pill that uses herbs that I could just go find and buy.

Some people say… Everybody builds up mucoid plaque because of our current ways of eating, it doesn’t take fourty years of burger and chips. Likewise fibre alone does not clean out the intestines and colon like a well prepared cleanse does after years of abuse. However the lady’s absolutely RIGHT in saying that you shouldn’t try this right now.
On the other hand others will say… Mucoid Plaque does not actually exist and that what comes out after a colon cleanse is in fact just the Bentonite Clay as Psyllium coagulating and forming the appearance. Ie. that it’s all a con to sell their expensive herbal remedies. Some doctors/nurses say that upon using colonoscopies everything looks pink and normal and they can’t see a trace of the stuff to be removed. I would bear this side of the argument in mind.
Don’t do this, wait until your early twenties and re-weigh up the odds and just make some changes to your diet instead. Eg:
Cut right back on processed and flavouring added foods.
Eat 100% more raw foods than you currently do.
Drink some cleansing or decaf teas like Rooibosh and Dandelion Root every day.
Chew food thoroughly.
Stop all foods that contain sweeteners, caffeine, MSG and too much salt.
Take a teaspoon of Spirulina, Chlorella, and 1/2 of Wheatgrass every day to mop up toxins and gain extra super nutrition.
Think about making Kefir to drink in the mornings – another super food.
These things will serve you FAR better at the current time.

But I have to tell you that it is REALLY hard going, very hard on you mentally and physically, and best not done for a good few years yet. You certainly shouldn’t attempt anything like that on your own at your age even if you feel it is necessary (no condescension intended but you’re still growing and should be monitored to make sure you’re getting enough nutrition, this is VITAL). Everything has to be done to the T or you could screw your body up far worse than there’s any chance of it currently being. Be WARNED and please DON’T do it yet.
Strength is not the issue, it’s the number of days you do it for that affects how much (alleged) mucoid plaque gets removed. When you hit your twenties and if you still want to do it, i’d think about every six months for two or three days is plenty.
Leave it, learn about the processes and herbs for a few years, then put the information together to do it safely when you’re a bit older if you believe in it
