What have you heard about the Master Cleanse diet?

I read about Beyonce loosing 22 lbs on this diet. I also read that you drink only water with maple syrup, lemon juice, and pepper.

Has anyone heard anything about this diet? Have you lost weight with it? Is the only weight you are losing from fecal matter that is stored in the colon? Do you lose any fat on this diet?

Also, wouldn’t you just gain all this weight back once you start eating?

Yes I have hard about it. Ellen Degeneris did a part of her show about it…. She lost like 26 lbs in a short time….
