Colon Cleanse 3000 Ingredients

Is Colon Cleanse 3000 effective…..?

I’m looking to lose around 10 pounds. I have been eating a low calorie healthy diet along with cardio exercise for an hour 5x a week and weight training/ muscle toning with crunches/ squats.
I started taking the colon cleanse 3000 pills yesterday, here are the ingredients on the label:
Fennel seeds, cascara sagrada, ginger goldenseal, pumpkin seed, buckthome root, licorice root, ruhbarb, citrus pectin, acidophilus, acai, cape aloe, bentonite clay, aloe vera, cayenne pepper, senna, oat bran, prune juice, flax seed oil, gelatin, calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
I have been having more bowl movements but no diarrhea or other side effects. I am doing as the label says and taking it for 7days and then stopping.
My question is; is this a good colon cleanse based on ingredients? Will I lose weight? Has anyone ever tried the colon cleanse 3000? if so, how was it?

I haven’t tried it, but colon cleansing products rarely have much effect other than acting as a slight laxative. They won’t really help you lose weight either.

If you want a clean colon for whatever reason, give yourself a few large enemas. They will be much more effective and faster.

For losing 10 pounds, eating well and exercising like you do is plenty and you probably can lose more than that in a few weeks. Having a ‘healthy’ colon has essentially no relevance to weight gain or loss at all.
