Colon Cleanse At Home Ingredients

will this still work?!!????!/?

Ok so i am trying to cleanse my bowels, colon, and hoping for some weight lose to, however i don’t have the exact ingredients for the master cleanse. I was wondering if this will still work.
Regular syrup with 2% maple syrup( the nutrition facts are similar to grade b maple syrup).
Lemon juice. Well its much easier to work with, and its says that it pure lemon.
Then caynne pepper.
I will filter the water at home
If I do this will the cleanse still work, or not? please help. And if you have any other suggestions. I actually started it already. First day.

Hi. In my opinion…no. All this is going to do is raise your glucose levels very quickly, which in turn will prompt your pancreas into producing insulin, which will inevitably lead to fat storage. Go to the grocery store, buy some large flake oatmeal, not the instant kind, and a bag of 100 % wheat bran. Oatmeal should run you about $3.00/bag and about $1.50 for the wheat bran. You cook about 2/3 cup of oatmeal with 1/3 cup of the wheat bran. You can add blueberries if you like, I use Splenda to slightly sweeten, you will have to sweeten to your taste. Try this for about three days, twice a day. You can add a pro-biotic yogurt if you like, but not necessary. This will give you a good bowel cleanse without the insulin spike from something that probally isn’t going to work anyway.Remember, oatmeal is very close to being the perfect food for human consumption. Has protein, complex carbs and a good amount of fibre and the wheat germ is 60% Fibre. Hope this helps.
