What’s the best colon cleansing program out there? Already seen doctor but would like 2 try a natural approach?

Ever since I had my gallbladder out in 2004, I’ve had major digestive issues and was recently diagnosed at an appointment with a gastroenterologist, as having IBS. Most days I feel terrible, sluggish. I heard colon cleansing helps with digestive issues and I’ve tried Dr. Natura’s Colonix and it was pretty good, I felt ok for about a month after having gone through that program, but now that it’s been a while, over a year since I finished the Dr. Natura’s Colonix, my IBS symptoms are back full force. I feel sluggish and terrible I can say, everyday now. I’ve recently been seeing some infomercials about a new product from Biomar. Anyone heard of it and/or tried it and know if it’s any good?

I once had digestive problems for years including diverticulosis. I tried different things including colon cleansing and various supplements. It wasn’t until I permanently changed my diet that all my digestive problems went away.

You must limit animal protein and avoid all refined foods and sugars as well as salt. Eat a plant-based nutrient-dense diet with plenty of raw and cooked vegetables and beans. Oatmeal is good. The emphasis is on a lot of natural high fiber. You may need to make the change in your diet a gradual one as your digestive system may not handle a sudden change. I started by eating oatmeal for breakfast 5 days a week with some raw nuts & blueberries in the oatmeal. Add salads for lunch and dinner and as you add more vegetables and at least 4 serving of fresh fruit a day your consumption of animal foods should fall naturally, unless you are a food addict. Also very important is to avoid all dairy. I only have ice cream 2 or 3 times a year now where I use to have it several times a week. And you know what? I don’t miss it all that much. I use to crave it but have no such cravings any longer.
