Hey guys… my cousin who struggles with her weight ran into this blog, http://www.lianasweightloss.com/ .. it’s about a woman who used Acai Berry and Colon Cleansing supplements to lose weight….. do any of you know if this stuff really works??????? Don’t know why she’s asking me about it but thought this may be a good place to get some info.

It has less antioxidants than many fresh berries in the stores (blueberries for example).

Colon cleanse is completely unnecessary, it gives you diarrhoea and upsets the natural flora in the gut. the colon is self cleansing.
More than that they will attack your bank balance, people have to cancel credit cards to stop payments.
