To Colon Cleanse or not to Colon Cleanse?

I get constipated from the medicine that I take and was wondering if anybody has ever got a colon cleansing and did it make you feel better and what is the cost? I am a 46 yr. old male.

Colon cleansing can be a very therapeutic experience if you go to the right place and have a kind nurse to aid you. I had my colon irrigated a few months back and I’m 26.

The first time you do it though, it may be a bit overwhelming and VERY awkward, but seeing as though you’ll realize they do it for a living, you’ll ease down and enjoy the experience.

I’m not entirely sure if they do this in every clinic or not, but when I got my first colon cleansing done, the nurse was very humorous and decided to show me the tube while I was being cleansed. It was pretty nasty seeing all that gunk and crap (literally) being washed out of me.

After it’s done, I cannot tell you how “open” and “healthy” you feel. It’s a really clean feeling you get just from inside. I must warn you though, colon cleansing does result in A HEAVY amount of flatulence for a few hours. It usually goes away in a day, so I would advise you to stay inside your home and “let it all out” hahah.

Anyway, overall colon cleansing is pretty beneficial to your health. I’d recommend you try it!
