ok so im doing everything im suppose to with my diet….BUT…?

and iv lots just in the past few weeks 5 lbs. my dr said try to do a colon cleanse… so i went and bought cvs brand “super colon cleanser”. is this gonna help me lose some more weight. he said that because of all the work im doing i should be losing more weight but iv never done a colon cleanse so he thinks it will really help!!!! ANY and ALL advice!!!!!

my guess is that all it will do is remove all feces that are still inside you. this will make you lighter, but it doesn’t burn any fat… not everyone loses weight at the same speed. you are losing some, and maybe it takes more time! try to keep up a healthy diet and exercise pattern so the weight won’t come back.
