Anyone know of a good Cleansing/Detox product?

Hey, so I decided that I wanted to take like a colon cleansing or detox sort of product to kick start my diet and excerise plan, does anybody have any idea which ones are good and which was scams?! Because there are so many scam ones that claim to make you lose weight and celebrities are using it and so on, but I much more interested in actually cleaning my colon from toxins and helping regulate my digestive track. If anyone has any input that would be so helpful!

Which ones are scams? All of them.

All those products are just overpriced Metamucil so you can just buy that. Or you can just buy lots of fruits and vegetables and get yer fiber that way.
