i need a homemade colon cleanse that isnt painful and wont make me go every 20 minutes any suggestions?

i need to clean obviously i have irregular bowel movements and i needt to do this but i cant take pain and i dotn feel like spending a fortune on something that is going to make me go every 20 minutes so no carmping and doesnt cost much something id prefer to drink that doesnt taste horrible that i puke so any suggestions would be great, i want to be able to go one or two times in one day to get everything out so something effective what if i eat alot of garlic and drink alot of apple juice garlic kills parisites so i think that is important. any one have any ideas or recipes?? seriously people if ur a 10 to 18 year old dont answer this questions cuz u have no idea, a doctor would be helpful.

ll you really need is plenty of fiber and roughage that you can get from plenty of fruit and vegetables and bread and cereals.
