Who knows about fasting?!!?

I weigh about 140, generally speaking. I’m about 5’6″
HW:147.5
LW:130
CW:142.5
GW:115
I’ve been tapped into the thinspiration curcuit for awhile now and yes I have had an ED but it’s on anf off starting with mia and leading into ana. I have tried fasting before but I want it to work effectively without harming my body too much so here’s my current plan:
3-4 days on water, celery, watermelon, any foods containing a large amount of water to ease into the fasting
7-10 days on a water fast, eating ice cubes, drinking green tea (on the 5th day I’ll use a colon cleanse)
5 days easing out of the fast on water foods
and then the rest of the summer on mostly fruits and veggies..

Is this a good plan? What other things can I do to lose weight?

but yeaa that sound great I might try myself. I too suffer from an ED.
Uumm but yea the diet sound safe.
not to strenuous on your body.
also if u have livjournal or somthin I wud love to add you I know how the thinspo can entangle you.
