Can body detoxing cure acne?

I’ve had acne for around 5 years now and it doesn’t seem to want to go away any time soon. Recently I came across some information that said body cleansing (colon , kidney,and liver cleansing ) could possibly cure acne. Has anyone done this sucessfully and if so, how long and what did you use? Any help would be appreciated!

Tiktaalik is in fact wrong as a proper body cleansing as you suggested can in fact help get rid of acne problems very quickly. A proper, documented fast such as the master cleanse are great ways to get your body back into proper working order as we have eaten chemically processed garbage all of our lives. This food causes our cleansing organs to begin to get clogged up so to speak; they aren’t working in peak condition.

I in fact cured my acne problems through a reputable natural acne cure website several years ago and haven’t had a single breakout since. I also want to add that there wasn’t any “mystery pills” or anything ludicrous like tiktaalik said.

Acne has nothing to do with your skin and only addressing the real problems inside your body will cure acne. Nothing you put on your skin will ever take care of it.
