have a bought the right diet trial?

i just bought the acai optimum and the colon cleanse gold too, it say’s its a 14 day trial free and then it will charge me unless i email them to cancel. which costs £79.99 for two months for the colon cleanse. have i done the right thing? it say’s its quite popular in usa and sounds quite promising but its rather expensive, i have never actually bought anything before and i really need to lose some weight
i know i can excersise and eat healthy its not that i don’t i was natrually a healthy and fit person before i had the baby, and now i have arthritus in most of my joints on the body makes it really difficult to even do daily chores with the swollen ankles and feet, so i need something to help me lose the weight whilst i try my hardest to excersise and coninue eating healthily.

Going on a diet system will make you lose mass, but as soon as you are off it you will gain all the mass back again because you return to your same eating habits. I’m from the US and never heard of that, we just get visually raped by all the nutrisystem commercials.
