what is a good OTC laxative that works well at cleaning you out and not bring too harsh?

I am looking for a good laxative to really clean me out. I would like something fast acting and not something that’s going to make me sit on the toilet for half the day with little results. Also I would like to know if there are any good colon cleanse systems OTC or internal cleanse products that are natural? Thank you!

Hi Sena, There are a few options but if its a quick and certain cleanse then I can recommend warmed Prune Juice and Milk of Magnesia taken at the same time, A large glass of prune juice and about two or three tablespoons of Milk of Magnesia with a large glass of water, drink them over about 10 minutes and you will definately get a result within 1 to 2 hours.

You wont get any cramps or pains, just a very sudden and certain need to go! so stay near a loo!, you will most likely get a couple of repeat actions in the next hour but after that you should be able to get on with your day.

Definately stay near a toilet within an hour of drinking the two or you really could get caught short!! Trust me I know about that one!!!
