Colon Cleanse Guide
I need a recipe for shop-cook?
I’m in this recovery program at the children’s hospital for people with eating disorders, and for dinner tomorrow i’m doing whats called shop-cook where you have to find a recipe, buy the ingredients, cook it, and eat it. The recipe has to have a meat, a grain, a dairy and a fruit or veggie plus a table spoon of added fat (so cooking oil, or salad dressing, or cheese if I’m not using it for my dairy.) Does anybody have any quick healthy recipes like this that I could use?
Btw, the point of shop-cook is NOT to fatten me up so I would rather not have anything with lots of grease and crap like french fries. Just a recipe that follows the food guide. Thanks. =D
I know that this is in the wrong section, but when i posted it in health, I got a troll giving me some crap about a colon cleanse. Just so you know.
How about something like beef and broccoli over rice or orzo? That would cover the meat, veggie and grain. 1 tbsp of olive oil to cook the meat then all u need is a dairy. Steaming the broccoli first then adding it to the pan with the meat just before done. Don’t forget the garlic
