Psyllium Husk is perfectly safe fiber. A colon cleanse every three or four months is very good for you. I have done cleanses using various supplements as well as Psyllium Husk. You will feel more energy after you do this and your colon can better assimilate nutrients if it isn’t clogged or caked.
