Help with Magnesium Citrate?

I was looking for a all natural colon cleanse. Last night “someone” from my local pharmacy suggested I drink a bottle of magnesium citrate. I drank it at 9pm and at midnight there was still nothing. I assumed this stuff was a hoax. However, by 1 am my stomach felt as though a mixture of demons and aliens were battling inside me. I was up and down all night. It is noon now and my bunghole feels as those it has been stung by a million bees. What can I do for the bunghole stinging and itching?
