homemade/fast acting colon cleans?

so i want to do a colon cleanse that i can make at home with not alot of ingredients.

i was gonna try the salt one……but i have no sea salt…. can you use table salt??

so just any ideas you have of recipes let me know.. thanks!

A cleanse usually means diarrhoea.
We do not need cleansing, we are not full of toxins.

You can make senna tea, the pods are available in health food stores. It tastes disgusting,but not as bad as the salt water flush which they also ise in conjunction with laxatives – there’s punishment for you.
