alright i got insomnia and end up watching them herbal colon cleansing infomercials late night and so i be getting interested in the concept. but are they really good for your body? how do you really feel after that? anyone ever done colon cleansing and have any firsthand information on it?
seriously after reading the ingredients i truly think they are a waste of money. They’re just over priced fiber supplements with a fancy name. if you really want to clean your colon buy a fiber supplement like metamucil or citricel. Or better yet just consume a lot of fiber by eat a lot of fruits vegetables and whole grains.
