I am looking for a home remedy for colon cleansing. I have started eating healthy, exercising, and drinking lots of water. I would like to jump-start my new habits by doing a colon cleanse. I am not interested in buying some fad. I would like to do it naturally. I have been looking online at several different options. What i want to know is…

I’ve had a lot of success with a colon cleansing product called Colon Clean, a healthy diet, more exercise and another supplement. I would be wary of home remedy products for this reason – colon cleanses tend to wipe out the beneficial bacteria that live in the colon. Most commercial products include a pro-biotic component that replaces these microorganisms, but you might not get that if you do a home recipe. If the recipe you try is too harsh for your system, you could do serious damage to your colon.

That said, I would definitely recommend going ahead with a colon cleanse – whether commercial or homemade. I lost about 43 pounds in 3 months using them, and I’ve never felt better – I have more energy and I just feel healthier.
