Colon Cleanse and hemroids.?

hello, i wanted to clean my colon since i heard that colon can cause sleep problems health problems breath problems etc. Now im scared to do a colon cleanse (this might be to much information) because ive had really bad diareah that cause a hemroid to happen to me. i never had one but it was small but it went back in the same day.. now im scared to do the colon cleanse because im scared im going to get a hemroids. now my question is is it really that bad? do i have to stay home all day if i do one. and if u have done one give me advise on what to do and what not to do thanks !

Provided you have not already done too much damage to your body, your liver and kidneys will deal with problem of removing toxins from your body, as that was what they were designed to do. After that, tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life and you can start afresh.
