What total body cleansing system is inexpensive, but completely safe and healthy?

I was turned on to the idea of a total body cleansing system (such as a colon cleanse, etc.) and would like to try it, but I am afraid and a bit skeptical about it’s long-term effects on my health. Plus, I’ve seen those photos of everyone’s BM’s after using doing their cleanses……that would freak me out! I am a stay at home Mother of 4 boys and have no energy and always feel like crap, so I need to do something, but I also don’t have extra money to spend as we are behind with our bills.

Anyone have any suggestions how to do something like this both mentally and financially? Thank you!

It’s idiotic to do a total body cleansing.

Just eat fruit and avoid chips and fatty foods.

I guess people in the medical field are the only ones who know this total body cleansing is a scam and gimmick. You know, you digest food as a normal function, and you eliminate as a normal function. Just eat better quality food and then get back to being a mother.

You have no energy because you are home with 4 boys and never get any exercise! When you exercise, oddly enough, it gives you energy!! Doesn’t make sense, but it is SO TRUE.

Either get up really early and exercise before your husband leaves in the morning, or else just realize it will improve when the youngest gets older and you can escape and do powerwalks around the neighborhood at night.
