Colon Cleanse Results Video
If I do this for 2 1/2 months will i see good results??? HELP!?
Ok, First of all.
Im a girl, im 14 years old. Im 5’3 and 140 Pounds. I have 31.5 percent body fat. i wear a size 6 or 7 pants depending on the brand.
If I do this for 2 and 1/2 months, will i see results..?
Diet: 1300 Calories or less a day. Diet made up mostly of fruits, veggies, fish, and nuts. 8 glasses of water a day.
Exercise: Run 1 Mile a day or for 30 minutes, & jillian michaels 30 Day Shred workout video.
&& crunches, situps, leg raises, & a bunch of other ab workouts.
Will this work in 2 and 1/2 months? and How dramatic will the results be, & how long do you think it will be until I see results..?

Since I am 13 maybe I can relate. I am the same height, and 101 pounds. I’d kinda oppose to the idea of you losing weight but you seem a bit overweight, NOT OBESE. Just unhealthy body weight.Your kinda still a young teen so your body needs more than, nuts, fruits, etc. I’d say 1500 a day to be safe. At the very least. Just excercise and eat right, no starving and stay healthy. But be careful.
