Colon Cleanse Rope Like
Would this work?
So yeah, I have this little layer of fat around my stomach area..and it’s blocking my abs a bit so I can’t get the full definition I’d get if it wasn’t there. Is there anyway to minimize this? It seems like its hard to get rid of…and I’ve read something about those colon cleansing products such as Evercleanse, would that help? Yes, I ride my bike almost everyday, kick box/box/jujitsu etc. and sit ups/crunches blah blah blah lol and we even jump-rope at the gym. Should I do this more often and maintain some kind of diet or something? Links or whatever would be helpful as well.
P.S I’m 14 so yeah.

a small layer of fat is normal, but if u want hav more defined abs, u can do high reps of decline situps with low weights, or u can do backwards pyrimads. wat i mean by that i do like 200 decline sit ups with 10lbs weight on ur chest, then 300 with 5 lbs, then 400 with no weights. and if u do alot more arm stuff and get ur pecs lookin real good, people focus less on ur abs haha. do more cardio stuff and dont eat before bed, thats bout as good as i can tell u. hope that helps!
