Colon Cleanse Ropes
Does passing “black ropes” cause any discomfort?
I’m thinking about cleansing my system. But I’m curious to know that if any of the phases hurt?? 
Especially, the “black ropes” that come from the colon..?
Are you talking about those freaky pictures of things in the toilet supposedly a result of colon cleansing?I think that’s only on disreputable websites. I have fasted with colon cleansing (but not colonics) many times and never experienced anything like this. There is no discomfort except being freaking hungry.
