Anything safe to use for constipation?

I’m drinking tons of water, eating fruit, whole grain breads, fiber pills twice a day. I can’t think of anything else I can do that’s pregnancy approved!
I’ve always been a person that had to use a laxative a couples times a week to go anyhow. I’ve heard that there are some all natural colon cleanse products that are ok to use when pg, but I certainly don’t want to do anything that will hurt the pg at all.

You can use Senokot. My doctor recommended it for me during my first trimester. You can take one to 2 a day. It is a natural vegetable laxative…totally safe. I recommend calling your doctor and checking to see if he/she says you can take it first, but mine swears by it! Good luck!

Senokot can be purchased pretty much at any grocery store, walmart, target, walgreens, etc!
