Would a colon cleanse help with belly bloat?

and if so, what kind? I’m hearing a lot about acai berry supplements too. I would never order them online so don’t reply with a post about the scams. I already know.

Only if your bloat is caused by constipation and then senna would be just as good and loads cheaper – its the main ingredient of colon cleanses. Acai berry may have a tiny effect but it didn’t for me – its no better than coffee or green tea for raising metabolism. Vitamin B complex helps you process food most effectively and that’s reasonable too!
