Im 19 years old and im just trying to loose 7-10 pounds of fat (im 5’5 and weigh 126lbs, iv been working out and trying to eat healthier but this weight just wont come off. Would it be safe to take the supplements for a short period of time? Im usually against substances but reviews iv read are so positive.
