Colon Cleanse Supplement Side Effects
would these pills cause any serious side effects?
i recently began taking 5-HTP (precursor to serotonin to treat depression) as directed, and am now taking 4 daily, 2 per meal. it has been working incredibly!
today i began taking “total cleanse advanced internal cleansing formula” (dietary supplement, laxative, colon cleanse) and i will be taking 2 pills daily with a meal.
do you think there would be any adverse side effects with taking these two different kinds of pills at the same time?
the answer to your question is possibly. From a medical standpoint there is no way to know what is possibly in the cleansing pills, as there is very basic regulation to what they can put into them. Also with the laxative it is unknown if the anti-depressant will be absorbed into the blood stream or create an odd side effect. The best thing to do is stop the cleanse and continue with the anti-depressant as before because there will be almost no positive result from the cleanse for an average person.
