Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry?

Yesterday I ordered a colon cleanse and acai berry weight loss vitamins. I read some of the reviews and they sounded great! but I’ve started to wonder if I’ll have to excercise on these tablets? I’m 15 and want to drop a dress size or two by christmas! do you think this is possible, I don’t have a lot of time to excercise with studying and everything! the main area i want to lose weight in is my legs and sides? also could you lose weight on your face with these?
how do they actually work? I know a colon cleanse makes you go to the toilet alot more often than you normally do! but do you lose control of your bowels?

basically if you or someone you know has ever taken either vitamin or both what was your/their experience?!?!?

the colon disease colitis runs in my family do you think these tablets would reduce my changes of getting the disease?!?!
