Acai Berry and Colon Cleanser?

There are so many different brands of Acai Berry and Colon Cleansing supplements on the market right now. A few months ago I got Acai-aSlim online from a free trial, but I have not used it yet. I also got Colopure online as well. I have heard that by taking Acai Berry and Colon Cleansing supplements will help with weight loss. But I want to know if the brands I have are “good”.???? I have seen Acai Berry on shows like Rachel Ray and Oprah, but I did not see a specific brand name. (I do exercise and I am eating healthier choices).
