NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT! HELP!?

I am a 200 pound teen and I NEED to loose weight. I HATE exercising unless it’s fun and not torturous. I want to be healthy too. I would like some advise that will help me loose weight from experienced and non-experienced people. I want to go down to about 120 pounds and I don’t want the colon cleanse remedies. If you have any websites that help and any videos that will show me good things to do to loose weight you may send those too. Thanks!

Hi, I’ve been in your shoes so I understand how frustrating and sometimes hopeless it can seem. Focus on making your diet as healthy as possible. Cut out as much sugar as you can, especially sweet drinks. Sugar does nothing good for your body! Eat 3 small, healthy meals each day, of no more than 400-500 calories each. Focus on lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy. Drink plenty of water. In addition to your meals, eat 2 small, healthy snacks a day, of about 150 calories each. This is a good time to get in your fruit and yogurt for the day. A small handful of nuts can be a good “pick me up” too. Add a 30 minute (minimum) cardio workout to your day (power walking, jogging, biking, swimming, dancing, jumping rope, jumping jacks, climbing stairs, etc.).
