colon cleanse while pregnant?

i wanted to know if anyone has ever used a colon cleanse while pregnant and if so, did it harm the baby? i hear its not good because the toxins can hurt the baby. is that true?
i’m not pregnant. i was just asking a question for my own personal reasons.
