Why do i have so much gas?

I feel bloated and gross everyday. I only feel better when i do colon cleanses for a few days and then i feel yucky again. Is that gas? I eat pretty healthy and try to eat whole grains, not that much processed food. Also i get really big stomach and burning pain in my upper abdominal and it hurts so bad i can’t walk. My Doctor presecribed Nexim, which is not helping all that much. I also take Gas X which i don’t know if that is good to take on a daily basis for a long period of time…WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH ME? please help

I have the same problems sometimes, I found I was not getting enough fiber. I started drinking a glass of metamucil one to three times a day and I have felt so much better. Hopefully it will help you out!!
