Acai berry and colon cleanse… DOES IT ACTUALLY WORK?

I am very suspicious of all the pretty-obviously-made-up “blogs” on the various acai berry and colon cleanse promotion websites… it all seems a little unreal. So before I give my credit card details to these people, can a real person tell me if it ACTUALLY is any good as a diet, and also do they scam you or anything, or litter you with junk mail etc? No way. Don’t do it. I heard they actually charge your card more than what you know. If you want to lose weight you need to eat between 1000-1200 calories a day and do at least 30 mins of cardio a day.
