colon cleanse?? yes or no?
my gas is horrible…. my wife will back that … i actually have the worst gas out of all the people i know.. im very healthy work out, eat right…. and am very regular in the disposal department…. what do you think of trying one of those cleansing programs or even anything that just targets that area “colon cleanse” anything that will get ride of all that crap ! thats caked on the walls…??
It probably could hurt, as a colon cleanse rebalances the bacteria in your gut. However, it might not get to the root of the problem and therefore cause the gas to come back. You might want to talk to a gastroenterologist about it.
