not a doctor (sorry!!) but you REALLY should read up on it before doing any cleanse. Healthy bodies do NOT need cleansed and doing so can upset the pH balance inside your intestines. Your digestive track have lots of enzymes and ‘stuff’ in there that it needs to work properly and doing a cleanse can upset those balances.
