Do Colon Cleanse Systems Work

Which colon cleanse system do you find works effectlvely? or reverse, which was the least effective?

There are too many infomercials and advertisements on colon cleansing that it makes it hard for the consumer to decide which one is worth investing in. I want to hear from those who have actually tried some and get your candid feedback. Thanks!

There’s no doubt that a healthy colon is part of overall wellness. Many health problems, including constipation, diarrhea, and trouble losing weight, are attributed to a clogged colon. And while there are many methods to help remove blockages from the colon, only one method really cleanses the colon.

An oxygen colon cleanser has several benefits. One of the major functions of this type of cleanser is to loosen built-up and impacted feces and toxins trapped inside the large intestine. This build-up is responsible for many health problems such as constipation, weight gain, and skin blemishes. When the colon is full of toxins and impacted feces, it also becomes a breeding ground for unhealthy bacteria.

Many other colon cleansing options, such as colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonics, can help to remove impacted waste and unhealthy bacteria. So why then is oxygen cleansing the better option?

The problem is that while other systems help remove unhealthy bacteria, they also remove healthy bacteria which aid the digestive system. Oxygen-based colon cleansers don’t affect these “good” bacteria.

In fact, oxygen-based colon cleansers help promote the growth and healthy function of the flora which naturally assist digestion.

Other colon cleansing methods can only cleanse a small portion of the lower intestine. Oxygen-based cleansers, on the other hand, clean and refresh the entire intestinal tract. These cleansers also carry the added benefit of traveling to the kidneys and bladder to purify the urinary tract as well.

I have tried fiber cleansers, I have tried laxitives, the most effective cleanser I have ever used is called Oxy-Powder. it is more effective than any other cleanse including colon hydrotharapy.
