Dual Action Colon Cleanser

do any of these colon cleansers work?

i was going to turn to diet pills to lose weight, but since they “don’t work” and i think my colon is more important than my weight right now. plus, supposedly the colon cleanse helps you lose weight.

so i needed to know if any of these work:
-dr.Floras colon cleanse pro
-bowtrol
-dual action cleanse
-colonix
-regulux

or if you know any other way to help lose weight besides exercise, all suggestions welcome. i just dont have the energy for it.

Colon cleansing is a fancy (as in expensive) way to sell laxatives and enemas, and contrary to what several websites state, they do not remove gunk that is stuck to your intestinal tract. And if you think that you have no energy now, see how much energy you have left after a round of laxatives/enemas.

You need to cut your food intake, make sure that the food that you do eat is healthy, and you need to move. Any exercise, even simple walking, will help you (ironically) get energy to move even more.

Lack of food, too many diet pills, and no exercise are the causes that your diet ‘didn’t work’.
