I know weight loss pills don’t actually make you lose weight, but it can speed things up a bit when used with a healthy diet and exercise, which should i do. Just wondering which is the best without bad side effects.
1.Fat blaster
2.acai berry (colon cleanse)
3. hydroxcut
Please share, if you’ve had experience with any these, or any other weight loss pill that has worked for you.
which is the best? if there are side effects please let me know. Or if you have any other recommendations, feel free to share. Please don’t tell me to just eat healthy and exercise, i’ve tried it, it doesn’t work. Do i have to be 18 to buy these, in the shops or online. Would prefer if parents didn’t know. appreciate the help. cheers x

To be honest, I wouldnt take them at all. I read somewhere that they increase your risk of cancer, because of one of the chemicals. If you want to lose weight, I would recommend rather than eating to drink mainly fruit based smoothies and drinks. I wanted to loose some weight last year and (even though i’m only 15 and weigh 8 stone 5, I lost a couple of pounds and felt great) by drinking them you loose weight quicker than pills. My friend took them last year and they made her ill. She put the weight on imediately too

Im guessing that you are quite young. You are still growing and you shouldnt be loosing weight too drastically. Weight loss pills can make you seriously ill and I wouldnt recommend taking them. You say “dont tell me to eat healthily and exercise” but that is EXACTLY what you have to do. If that doesnt work you clearly arent eating healthily enough or are still eating too much. Or not doing nowhere near enough exercise. But if you very rarely eat and exercise a lot and you are still gaining weight, they may be an underlying problem in which you may need to see your GP. DONT but them online! You never know whats in them! Some pills are actually illegal! r contain drugs! Go to a health food store if you must, but give exercise and diet another go x
