Is using this really necessary?

Today, I was in the mall. I was walking through many stores checking out many things of course. I also went into a health store, called GNC. I found a product that promises to cleanse your colon and make it healthy as well.(Link below is what I was looking at) One of the assistants who work there told me that I should buy it. I never used anything like that, I never cleaned my colon using any product ever, but I am healthy in weight. My question is, should I consider using this product? I have lived 21 years without EVER cleaning my colon the way this box promises to do so.
