Gnc Colon Cleansers Bowel Movements
Is it unsafe to take two colon cleansers in a month?
I bought the 3 week long colon cleanser by GNC and I don’t think it worked. I didn’t lose a single pound and my bowel movements didn’t look any different and were not more often, it didn’t feel like anything changed. My skin didn’t clear up, my stomach did not become visibly smaller, and I didn’t feel like I had more energy. I want to take another colon cleanser but don’t know if it’s safe. Can someone help?
Try it again — if you had no adverse reaction to it the first time. If you still get no results, I’d write to GNC and express your dissatisfaction for this product. Most likely, they’ll either refund your money or let you get other products of the same value for free.
By the way, you can cleanse your colon with a two-day water fast too. Eat nothing, just drink water for a couple of days.
